6 Gallery Templates, 12 Color Themes: Making Every Guest Link Look Like Your Studio

The gallery link is the last thing a guest sees from your studio - and for many, the only page of yours they'll ever visit. Here's how to make it look intentional instead of generic.

The gallery link is part of the product

Studios spend real effort on their portfolio, their Instagram grid, their business cards - then hand every single guest a plain, generic gallery link that looks nothing like the rest of their brand. That link is arguably seen by more people than anything else you publish: every guest at every event opens it. Picsora treats the gallery itself as a branded surface, not plumbing.

Six structural templates, six different moods

Each template is a different structural layout and typographic identity, not just a color swap:

  • Atelier - the platform's classic look, a circular avatar mark paired with Playfair Display
  • Monogram - a square mark and editorial serif wordmark in Bodoni Moda, reads like a high-fashion print ad
  • Marquee - a cinematic full-bleed cover with a centered title, set in Instrument Serif
  • Album - a framed cover card with a caption beneath it, set in Cormorant Garamond, feels like a printed boutique wedding album
  • Cinema - a full-screen cover with a sticky header and an animated entrance, also in Instrument Serif
  • Debut - a sticky header with a full-screen title before the gallery loads, set in Cormorant Garamond

Twelve color themes, hand-paired defaults

Beyond the structural layout, every template can be recolored across 12 curated palettes spanning both dark and light modes - from Aurora Violet and Oxblood Gold to Sage Linen and Champagne Gold. Each template ships with a default pairing that was hand-picked, not randomly assigned: Marquee's cinematic cover defaults to Oxblood Gold for a rich dark-red and gold mood, Album defaults to Champagne Gold for that warm printed-album feel, and Cinema defaults to Midnight Gold for a film-premiere palette. Every pairing is fully overridable - pick any of the 12 themes with any of the 6 templates.

How to pick for your studio

Match the mood to the event type and your own brand, not just personal taste. Warm palettes (Champagne Gold, Blush Ivory, Sage Linen) tend to suit weddings and intimate events. Cooler, more neutral palettes (Platinum Pearl, Sapphire Frost, Onyx Silver) read as more corporate and editorial - a natural fit for Monogram or Debut. If your studio's whole identity is dramatic and cinematic, Cinema or Marquee in one of the darker themes carries that through into every single guest link.

See it live before you decide

This isn't a set of static mockups - every template and theme combination is the real, live guest gallery experience, viewable directly on Picsora's sample gallery page before you commit to one for your studio.

Setting your template

Your gallery template and default theme are configured from your studio settings and apply to the guest galleries you share going forward. Once set, every QR code and share link a guest opens carries the same consistent look - the same visual signature as the rest of your studio's brand, not a generic delivery tool's.
