A quotation is a sales document, not a message
The first thing most clients see from a studio isn't a photo - it's the quotation. A price typed into a WhatsApp message reads like an estimate. A branded, well-designed PDF reads like a studio that knows what it's doing before a single photo has been taken. Studio CRM treats the quotation itself as a piece of branded design, the same way Picsora treats the guest gallery link.
Six templates, six different moods
Each template is a distinct structural layout and typographic identity, not just a color swap on the same page:
- Classic Light - a centered, timeless layout built to be the client-ready default for any event type
- Modern Editorial - a clean grid with bold sans-serif headers, reads like a high-end print portfolio
- Heritage - ornamental borders and a classic serif, feels like a printed heirloom document
- Noir Prestige - dark, cinematic and high-contrast, for studios whose whole brand is dramatic
- Botanical Bloom - soft florals and hand-lettered accents, built for garden and outdoor weddings
- Art Deco - geometric borders and gilded accents, channels 1920s glamour
Twelve color themes, hand-paired defaults
Beyond the structural layout, every template can be recolored across 12 curated palettes - Royal Purple, Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, Champagne, Charcoal, Terracotta, Teal, Burgundy, Indigo, Forest and Blush. Each template ships with a default pairing chosen on purpose, not assigned at random: Classic Light defaults to Royal Purple, Picsora's own signature color, since it's the flagship template. Heritage pairs with Champagne for that warm, printed-album feel. Botanical Bloom defaults to Forest, the obvious match for a garden-wedding aesthetic, while Noir Prestige pairs Burgundy against near-black for understated, old-world luxury. Every pairing is fully overridable - any of the 12 themes works with any of the 6 templates.
How to pick for your studio
Match the mood to your studio's own brand and the kind of events you shoot most, not just personal taste. Warm palettes like Champagne, Terracotta and Blush suit weddings and intimate celebrations. Cooler, more structured palettes like Sapphire, Charcoal and Indigo read as corporate and editorial - a natural fit for Modern Editorial or Art Deco. If a studio's identity leans dramatic and high-fashion, Noir Prestige in Burgundy or Charcoal carries that same tone into every quotation sent.
See it live before you decide
This isn't a set of static mockups - every template and theme combination is the real PDF Studio CRM generates for an actual client, viewable directly on Picsora's sample quotations page before committing to one for your studio.
Setting your default template
Your studio's default quotation template and theme are set once in your CRM branding settings, and every new quotation built from your rate card uses that look automatically - though nothing stops picking a different template for a specific client on a specific quote. Either way, it's the same real rendering pipeline behind every quotation, no matter which one gets picked.
